How long does it take to create a live system?
We can create a live hosted system within a few hours. We are quite happy to take the database from the trial environment if you have a configuration there which you want to use.
Can we migrate to an on-site solution at a later date?
Yes. If your situation changes and you want to move to an on-site solution we are happy to accomodate this and help move data and templates from the hosted solution.
Can I let customers raise and see their own calls ?
Yes. Block of 5 'Customer' logins can be purchased which you then use for your customers to access the system. As your business grows you simply buy the logins that you need.
Can I customise the initial screens ?
Yes. The screens consist of blocks of html which we can provide to you for editing. Once ready these can be sent back to us and uploaded to your site.
Do I need any hardware ?
No. That is one of the advantages of the Hosted Solution. All the software is hosted for you on secure servers at dedicated data centres. You do need reliable and fast internet access however as this will be your route to SupportDesk Express
Do you offer consultancy and training ?
Yes. House-on-the-hill Software have been providing Help Desk software since 1993 and have over 1000 customers spread accross 40 countries. We offer full training and consultancy if required.
Will my data be secure ?
Yes. Data will be backed up on a daily basis.
Can I extend my 30 day free trial.
