House-on-the-Hill Software was established in 1993 with the aim of creating a cost-effective, off-the-shelf helpdesk solution. The source is solely written and maintained by House-on-the-Hill, using the C++ language, and now gives our customers an ITIL Certified Enterprise Level Service Desk through Browser and Windows, running on all major SQL engines, but still at the price of a 'Lite' product. We are able to swiftly provide updates which can be freely collected from our website and endeavour, wherever possible, to incorporate our customer enhancement requests in the software development.
